Outstanding customer service! I went in to buy a car with no prior knowledge, countless questions, and high expectations. Having the worst customer service ever!! Very disappointed about this dealership. No one takes accountability about customer experience, they just look towards sales and making money. I got a 2025 CRV last December 28, 2024. Two mechanical issues with the car so far. I am from a 100km town far from Sudbury. My car had to go back to palladino for an assessment and in the meanwhile I was asking the process for getting a replacement car. Nobody explained that for getting a replacement car, I have to travel to palladino and pick up the replacement car. It's absolutely unacceptable that staff don't give the complete and accurate information when they are being asked for. And they don't even show interest on getting propper answers if they do not have knowledge about the topic. Palladino, you must start working as ONE team and stop working is silos. You are a complete nightmare.

Great service at Palladino Honda. Staff is personable and efficient. The updates via text are incredibly appreciated. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles there and let me tell you, after sales service is just as amazing as the sales service.

We bought a new Civic in December, and it was by far one of the best car-buying experiences we've had. Justin was very accommodating, bringing two different cars from the overflow lot to compare the interiors. Bobby was knowledgeable and quick while we were wrapping up in the finance office and did not push for add-ons that we did not express interest in.
