In February 2024, I brought the Honda Civic from the Sudbury branch through Mottilal. Over the phone, everything moved very quickly, and I repeatedly asked for a quote, but he consistently refused. "Don't worry, I'll make sure it's a good deal," he added. Today I took my second car, and I realized that he cheated me nicely in the sense that he overcharged me. Therefore, be advised that he will complete things really quickly, but make sure you guys don't lose your money. Dear team, I have been trying to reach through the number below to discuss with Matt; unfortunately, that number is not working, and without my concern, your salesperson, Mottilal, was added extras on the bill, e.g., Tricare hazard Protect T & R for $1500 + tax. If possible, I kindly request you to cancel that coverage and refund the balance money. Down Payment - 3500 $ Bi Weekly - 262 $ for 8 Years Honda Civic SE

This 5 star is not only for customer service, this is also for the sales representative name: Justin Remeikis. This guy is fantastic as a sales person. He care about the feelings of customer. He explains really well in terms of features as well as the payment structure. He is not the guy who tries to add all the unnecessary features but he will only point out the features that are important such as GAP protection. I am really impressed how he present himself as a sales and make customers convenient as his own family members. I bought a CRV 2025 Hybrid RED, as i had hyundai elantra 2020 before which has problem here and then and suddnely before buying CRV, elantra had engine light flashing and havent received any vehicle from HYUNDAI and need to take bus for few days and then decided to go to HONDA to know the price where me and my fiancee met him. We explained him everything whats going on with car and desperate to buy vehicle and he offers the vehicle to take home for few days to test it whether we liked it or not as we don’t have any vehicle till now its in the HYUNDAI which then I realized how HONDA AND THEIR TEAM cares about their customer. If anyone is looking for convenient, reliable and best sales rep JUSTIN REMEIKIS is there no doubt about it!!

C$85 for the part. C$125 for the shipping (Sudbury to Toronto). $10 more for the part, $50 more for the shipping than other parts suppliers. Do your research; the parts are all the same, so it’s service and price.

They are very expensive, a beep sound was not coming from my car and just to turn it on they charge me 120$. They said to scan the car they will charge even if there is no defect. Every time I go there I feel they are too high on prices for everything.

Ordered a part online and was able to save about 15% off the retail price. I was really happy when I was able to save. Also placed the order and UPS returned back to Palladino Honda because they couldn’t find my unit number and Palladino Honda promptly re shipped it back to me and it got delivered. Thank you!
