Me and my brother were looking to get a Subaru Crosstrek and checked out a bunch of dealerships and websites. I’d actually been following M360 for about two years, but never really thought I’d end up getting a car from them mainly because they’re all the way in Sudbury and I’m in Peterborough. Still, I decided to reach out just to see what they had, and I’m honestly so glad I did. They got back to me with a few great options, and in the end, we got a nearly new 2024 Crosstrek with a really good interest rate and biweekly payments I could actually afford. I never expected to find a deal like that. What really stood out, though, was their service. They didn’t just sell me the car and disappear, they actually followed up with me months later to ask how things were going. I didn’t expect that, especially from a dealership that’s not even local. It’s rare to find that kind of care, and it made the whole experience feel personal and genuine. I’d definitely recommend M360 to anyone even if you’re not close by.

When it comes to buy a car, especially if it’s your first car. It should be a good and with a good deal. That’s why I chooses to get it from my friend Motti who workers with Honda. It was a great experience and got everything done soon without any complications. I got the my first car for great deal.

Be Very Careful, trying to buy a car from them. I went there to Book my Brand New 2025 CR-V, as I did my Research, I had the Price and biweekly payment of the car written with me. Upon Reaching there, Motilal gave me a Quote Which Was 90$ more than the Price that was advised on the Honda Website for Biweekly payment, Now I am enough Knowledgeable that there can be a little 5-10 $ difference but 90$ is crazy. Keep in mind, that the Price I has was with HST, Delivery and Destination everything Included. Upon Asking Motilal, Why there is so much price difference, He replied in a very Unprofessional manner - I don't know, My Financing person Knows. I was Curious and asked what is the Rate of Interest You are giving me ? and What bank are you going with ?, he again answered - I don't know. Why are you even there if you cant answer any of my questions ? That being said, On that day I went with 5000$ to put down on my New CRV and book it, but I had to leave because of their Unprofessional behavior, them being pushy and the Crazy jump in my estimated Biweekly Payments. Not to mention, after 18 Minutes of continuous back and forth conversations, I got to knew why my price is so high, It was of these two things - 1. They added 3000$ worth of gap Insurance, and Refused to take it off, Even Upon Requesting them, You should Thank God that I am not Going to OMVIC and Complain About you, But you guys better stop all this Nuance. 2. They were Trying to Go through a bank for my Financing, which will definitely give Higher Interest Rates then the Honda itself, they kept saying Honda will not approve you, because you are on Work Permit, have you Tried it ? I have 790 Credit score, 2 jobs with more than Average pay, 5000$ to put down, why will Honda not approve me ? and without even trying once, you guys keep denying is also not acceptable. I do Understand Guys this is your job to sell all these packages so that Your dealership can earn money, but you should not be to Pushy that results in canceling a potential car purchase. Even if you guys wont have any add-ons you will still get your money after selling a car, even for its MRSP. And When I said NO, this payment is Out of my Budget, I have a pre-defined Budget to get into the Vehicle, Motilal asked so many questions, going Personal, that was very Rude and Unprofessional again. Tips - If You want a pleasant experience, don't go to Palladino Group. If you still had to go there, make sure to Check Your Bill of sale Properly, even if the Biweekly Payments are under your budget, check what you are paying for, is that necessary or required for you ? Tell them to Finance you from Honda Itself, because if they finance you with a higher interest rate from other bank, they earn money from there as well. Not only Palladino, All dealerships wants to make money from you, don't fall in the Trap of their Smiles and sweet talks, be very careful and take every precaution before signing the Bill of sale.

Had a wonderful experience in get my new car here. Mottilal was exceptionally helpful in the whole process. Everything was done fast and I was able to drive away with my car in just 3 days. It's was a used one and they did a great job of restoring it. I would recommend Palladino Honda and Motti for great deals anytime.

Ive known Motti Lal personally for a while. He got me a great car with an awesome deal when I wanted one. Personally speaking, I would trust him if me or anyone I know needs a car. Horrible dealership. We bought a corolla and it had engine problem within 6 months. Two of my friends also had similar car troubles after buying from the dealership. They are only good at scamming people and selling the cars. We had to pay from pocket for the engine issues and had zero help from them. They even stopped taking our calls after we told them about the issue.
