Car sat in lot for over 2 months to be repaired. Not recommended for getting work done on car. I could go on and on but I won't!

Hey Jason, We are very sorry that the time required to repair the major impact damage to your Jetta was as long as it was. There were more damages than was estimated by the insurance which we had to document and contact your insurance for additional work authorization. This will always add 5 or more business days to the repairs. Once authorized we had to order the extra parts and then reschedule the car in for repairs. We also had to coordinate with the service department for the mechanical repairs that were required. The request you made for the timing belt to be inspected for impact damage, also added delays for us to deliver your Jetta back to you. Again, we are very sorry for the delay and please feel free to contact our Collision Center Manager Matt, at 613-745-6886, to further discuss this issue.

Hi Roger, Please contact our Sales Manager Andy @ 613-701-0137 should you want assistance in locating a new or used VW. Having a small lot is certainly a disadvantage as we are only 5 KM's from downtown Ottawa. We hope that the majority of our clients can appreciate that being the most central VW dealer in Ottawa means that we will not have as much space as a newly built dealership in the suburbs.

Our vehicle’s (VW Jetta) engine light suddenly appeared while driving so we naturally contacted the closest VW dealership and asked to be transfered to the automobile service folks. To our surprise, the gentleman on the phone told us “not to bother because we won’t even touch your car for at least another week. It’s too busy.” He also said something about a check engine light not being a priority seeing as it wasn’t “flashing”. They outright refused my business. It’s almost as if this employee encouraged me to look elsewhere. I find this kind of service extremely cheap and am appalled management endorses this type of attitude.

Just went in to look at the new e-golf. They had no more allocated to their dealer but JD was very honest and helpful. We aren't ready for a new car, but got a good idea of what we want and when we might be able to get it.
