I had an amazing experience with this company Specifically with Shawn. Very patient answered all questions that I had. Helped me receive the best vehicle I could possibly receive did all the paperwork I had no doubts no stressors everything worked out very well happy to be working with him I highly recommend

I'd have to say Shawn did his best to help me get a vehicle. I had less than perfect credit to say the least. Little hiccups. A few misunderstandings I think on both parts. But I absolutely recommend if you are in a tight spot and you need a vehicle. Even if you're not in a tight spot, Empire will take good care of you. They are a little slow when it comes to giving you the vehicle lol. Don't be impatient like me lol

Absolutely AWFUL

I normally do not write reviews but for this I felt I needed to. I was contacted at work by their call center and after answering their questions about my current vehicle and if I had been on time with my payments (which I have been for 2 years) they could help me get into a newer vehicle with lower rates. I know my credit is not the best, but they did a really good job of making it seem like they would be able to help me out. it has now been a month without even a text or reply, nothing, not even an I'm sorry sir we cannot help you out. I find that very disrespectful, ignorant and insulting and I can promise you that everyone I talk to will know how you run your business and treat potential and non potential customers. If you cant make money on the person you wont even waste your time with them either. But that's fine, I will find somewhere else to make my timely payments, and by reading some of these reviews it looks like I may have dodged a bullet anyways.

Sam And Idil were absolutely amazing people. They met every requirement for me to go through them and get my new car, they were able to look for the exact car I was after and the customer service and speed on getting my vehicle ready for me to get it was incredible!! thank you again, I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!
