*edit* after about a couple weeks of having the car, Audi A4 2016 quattro, I started noticing a oil leak and my car pulling to the side so I had a mechanic check it. Long story short about $4000 worth of repairs that should not have passed safety were needed. It took me a couple weeks to convince then they are responsible and need to fix it and cover my rental. They have a manager, Female and her name escapes me, but she had absolutely horrible customer service refusing to do anything about it and making sarcastic remarks like "should we just give you the vehicle for free" Their employee Moe was a major help mitigating this and getting a solution. In the end him and their senior mechanic who did the work, again no name but he was a tall built guy. In the end they did fix it, paid for a rental and tow. However the rating reflects the difficulty, and horrible customer service I received from their manager as well as it not meeting the requirements to pass safety when it came off the lot.

My husband and I met with them for a consultation a few weeks ago and they never got back to us with estimates. We even tired to call them ourselves for a follow up and they never called us back. They kept giving us the run around and kept giving us different information. This dealership is a complete joke. Unprofessional no the dress code looked like we walked into a high school. A bunch of people that don’t know what they were talking about. This company is useless. Don’t ever go to them for you financing needs.

I can't put enough emphasis on how incredible this auto group is. From reception to service and even sales, they're all well educated and make your car buying process extremely simplistic. If you're in the market for a used vehicle, this should be your first (and only) stop.
