A coworker of mine referred me to Jason based on his friendly demeanor and professional attitude. I had an excellent experience at Experience Hyundai dealing with Jason. He was timely and very willing to take the time to show me a number of cars on a variety of occasions.

Service was professional and courteous. Our sales representative, Kas treated us with total respect. He was straight forward with the facts regarding trade in value and we quickly arrived at a satisfactory agreement and final price. Kas displayed a great sense of humor and a friendly and honest demeanor. His vehicle knowledge was extensive and he established what our needs in a new vehicle were. Financial representative was friendly and courteous. He also responded well to our needs and answered all our questions. Vehicle briefing upon delivery certainly satisfied our needs. Overall a very positive experience.

They only want to sell and do not know much about the products they offer

Be nice, anyone can be. To know your own products beyond the car is essential for a customer to have a good experience. I was told to cancel right away my CAA to get part of my money back, while the money paid to CAA is not refundable - I was give false hope of saving more money. I had to sign a document again because they lost the papers. While looking for the car prices, I went there and there were two people pressuring me to buy a car with them - I felt really uncomfortable. I know they only doing their work, but if I have not received a very good deal in the car, I would went buy the car in other company to avoid to talk to the sellers again - actually it was one the cons that made me think to not buy at Experience Hyundai.

I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford without being pushed into it.

The salesman, Joe Mitchell, listened to what I was looking for and what price range I felt I could afford. He spent a few months over the winter watching for vehicles fitting that price range or sales promotions that would help me be able to afford the vehicle I wanted. He was not pushy. He let me know what was out there and answered any questions I had. It was exactly what I expect from a professional salesman. Well done, Joe!

the services I received here were fantastic. When I took my car in for service, they did the work efficiently and in a timely manner. They worked around my schedule and not theirs.
