Excellent Service

Battery changed, transmission oil changed, air filters changed plus regular service. Stacy looked at the service history of my car and suggested the transmission oil changed and the filters. She also had the car at the promised time. She was courteous and professional. I am glad I had that done, the car feels a lot better.

Danish met us and ascertained our vehicle requirements and then suggested a particular model. He explained the features of the vehicle clearly and then took us for a test run. He was not annoyingly aggressive as is the case with some salespeople and thus a better environment was created for all.

I had a great experience in RoadSport Honda. When I was looking for a used Honda CRV I visited more than 30 dealer ships in GTA! RoadSport is among the ones with most reasonable prices, as well as friendly staffs. They are really helpful and aim to make you happy too. They showed flexibility since they knew I really want the car, whereas I saw the opposite behaviour in some other dealer ships.

Service was not great from the phone call. The person that answered was very short and not knowledgeable, I felt like I was bothering him. Service completed, the car was not washed, called again to inquire, and I was told that it was random. As far as I was aware, it was after each service. Was not impressed and am being generous with rating.
