I recently bought my new Mazda from this location. From the initial visit, to finally picking up my car, the experience and service I receieved was nothing less than what I would expect for such an investment. Sid took his time to identify what I wanted and patiently went through all my options. I found a huge difference in the quality of customer service and personalibility I found at Bank Street Mazda and in Sid compared to other dealerships I had visited. It was comfortable without any pressure. I felt the deal I received was fair and they made sure to address any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend.

From the initial visit, to finally picking up my car, the experience and service I receieved was nothing less than what I would expect for such an investment. Super shady! Brought my vehicle here last month for a routine oil change. When I came back to pickup, the service associate handed me an inspection sheet with a laundry list of things that did not need replacing, including the front brakes and rotors, claiming that the front pads only had 2-3mm of wear left. I have no clue what the tires were doing off in the first place when I came in for an oil change. Pulled the tires off myself shortly after out of curiosity, only to find 8+ mm left on all the pads and the rotors are good to go.

My man Christian was highly professional and patient throughout the whole process! He sat down with us and was very easy to talk to when negotiating. I didn't get a car myself (my buddy did) but I know for a fact that if I ever need to get one, I'll go straight to the man himself.

We just finished purchasing a new Mazda CX5 from Bank Street Mazda and I wanted to leave a review because of how different the car buying experience was. We went near the end of the day and worked with Christian. Not only was it the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had but Christian never once made us feel pressured to buy the car.
