They were really nice and polite, they had really good service. They offered to help me. Even after I’ve gone and bought the car the manager checked up on how I was doing with the car. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was helped by Houssein Ayache And Zein Jolan. They were really helpful and guided me during the whole procedure.

Buyers BEWARE

Purchased my CX-5 in year 2015 with Rust Protection and Free Oil change for a "lifetime". Regret very much as a rust protection cost was $1400 (already had bad exp with Mazda 3 rust) oil package was $600. Well I just found out that "life time" is neither mine or cars lifetime, but only 5 years. I guess that was a sale pitch to buy it, and I have other people confirmed that were told the same at Mazda. Rust protection is really no protection. Because every single rust on my car is because of the road rocks, that's what I was told. My roof is covered with rust spots, but not the hood , so I guess rocks prefer to hit the cars roof only. As much as I had OK experience with car itself, very much disappointed with these sneaky and misleading ways just to get your money. To be honest why not, almost no salesman there stays more then 5 years so there is no way for me to confront him. So when you hear lifetime anything, run!! Or ask them to put that in written bill of sale or else it is 5 years. I did not so feel bad for trusting them let them cheat on me. btw. also for $1400 I could paint the whole car, let alone roof only.

Happy with the vehicle – but not so much with the car buying experience. I agreed to, what I would describe as a ‘dealership biased deal’, as they were able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. It took a month for the vehicle to arrive – but I’m sure delays can be expected in these Covid-19 times. The vehicle purchase took longer than I was anticipating, most of that time (numerous sessions) whereby I was sitting at the sales persons desk, by myself, waiting for the sales person to ‘consult’ with his manager and others. My previous vehicle purchase, was a much more pleasant experience.
