We had a great experience buying a CX-5 2020 at this Mazda location! Our sales associate was Jimmy, and he was straightforward and honest throughout the process. He was very attentive to our needs and always quick to answer questions and follow up. Gave us a great deal, too! Will return.

When I walked into the dealership today with a mask on to ask about the problem I was having with the bluetooth in my car, one of the salesmen was very eager to try and help fix my problem. I noticed that there was no attempt of social distancing between anyone who was working in the showroom. When I asked that the salesman put on a mask because my husband and our granddaughter were in our car, he started searching for a mask. After a few minutes, he told me he couldn't find one. I told him we no longer wanted his help. Sadly Dilawri Bank Street Mazda has decided to not follow the recommendations for social distancing or the wearing of masks when social distancing is not possible.

My Bank Street Mazda experience exceeded my expectations! I was admittedly uneasy shopping for a new car during COVID-19, however it didn't last long. I immediately felt at ease in the dealership, and while everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and excited to be buying a new car, it was Christian who took it to the next level. His genuine enthusiasm for the vehicle I was interested in, was unmatched. His patience and attention to detail when answering my questions, and his equal efforts to keep my family comfortable while I shopped for our new family vehicle (COVID-19 style) are what gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership (and the Mazda 5) to anyone!
