Just traded in my car for an SUV and cannot say enough positive things about my experience! Mike Richard was a pleasure to deal with and got me the highest trade value and my new SUV is a dream come true! All of the staff were super friendly, courteous and made you feel like you were really appreciated as a customer. Not at all like the other dealership we had previously dealt with for years. I highly recommend Mike Richard to deal with and we have found a new dealership for all our family's future needs. Thanks again!

This is a uniquely pleasant dealership. The staff is friendly and they are very accommodating; especially to families with kids! They have a beautiful showroom, a generous waiting area and a play room for the kids.

Working out of town and my car broke down, took it to Nicols got me in next day, looking at a $800+ bill for throttle body replacement. They found out there was a special recall and took care of it. Much appreciated
