Fast and friendly service.

Took my car in for a routine oil change. The ladies at the front counter are always the most courteous helpful service reps i have ever dealt with. I have a 4 hour drive to service my Honda in Sudbury but i will make that drive everytime!

Service Department does a great job.

The Palladino Honda Service Team did a great job explaining the needed repairs. My vehicle was in the shop for two days, it was well worth the wait. The 2013 CR-V is back on the road and will turnover 200,000 kilometres very soon.

Poor service ever since buying my second vehicle. I will never buy from Honda again. - 5 hours for an oil change - brakes squeaking ever since purchasing the vehicle, claimed they fixed it but it was 10x worse and when bringing the issue up nothing was resolved. - key fob won’t detect to the vehicle at times brought it up twice and they didn’t even bother to look at it. - was also screwed over on my monthly payments, the payment went up without being told what the payment would be! Nothing was explained to me besides the warranty. It’s not “two names you can trust” that’s forsure
