Thank you St Albert Dodge for making our new truck purchase a totally great experience. We were pleasantly met there by Sarah, who we found to be genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer any of our questions. The sales manager TJ also took time to introduce himself and casually chat. At no point through the process, did we feel any aggressive pressure to purchase…we will certainly look to St Albert Dodge for any of our future driving needs!

Car shopping is literally my least favourite thing in the world, especially with 3 kids. In the past I’ve always felt like I’m getting bamboozled or low balled on trades. Sarah D. from St.Albert Dodge actually made car shopping a pleasure. No nonsense, no baloney, just straight facts. I could tell she genuinely cared what vehicle she put my family in. She explained everything to me like I was 5, which I asked for and appreciated since the world of car sales and financing can be like speaking French and I’m am not bilingual. St.Albert Dodge also valued our trades at what we would have valued them at, which was wonderful. All in all, it was as easy as kindergarten math to buy a car from this dealership. I would recommend Sarah and St Albert Dodge to anyone, worth the trip for sure.

WORST DEALERSHIP... DO NOT got there!! They make false promises, and don't properly do the paperwork to ensure that your vehicle is able to be driven legally. Can you imagine paying thousands of dollars, driving off the lot and realizing that the documentation was done incorrectly? When I went to get it changed, they had no urgency whatsoever, kept ignoring my calls, or telling me to call at another time!! All they care about is getting your money as quickly as possible. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!!

Crooks. They scammed me really bad when I walked into the dealership as a young woman, alone, from out of town. Not only will they scam you, that’s a given, but Franchie will show you his Hell’s Angel tattoo and brag about it in a way that’s meant to scare you. Thanks for the hardship, Not. Also, was fined by the police multiple times because the dealership could not produce documentation. Had to go to court and explain why the car sales man put my old plates on my new vehicle. After being stopped enough times by the police, and getting multiple tickets due to their neglect, the police confiscated the plates and I could not drive the vehicle even though I was paying 3x as much as it cost per month for it. It took quite some time before I could actually drive - because this dealership could not produce the new vehicle documentation.

My guy Mazin is an amazing salesman. He let me know he went from Crosstown Chrysler over to St. Albert Dodge. I'll be going there for my vehicle needs from now on.
