Deepak was great to get us a vehicle for our family and doing as much as he can as a salesman. Maintenance needs to make improvements as our vehicle has some downfalls when we got it. We can only use one side of the stow n go, the a/c does not work when it was hot and still does not work, the wind sheild was cracked.... it took forever to get a part for the vehicle, and still dont have it worked on or fixed and for the distance to do the work now. A rental would be nice, while our car gets fixed. Maintenance hasn't called me back and won't fix the car they sold us. UPDATE! Please fix the car that you sold us! A/c is half fixed, leak in the anti freeze, didn't detail as promised, I asked for the brakes to be fixed, no fixed stow n go, which again you sold me a fixer upper, not a reliable vehicle for my family, and have requested a trade for this van, with no answer and a van with no issues. I noticed I'm not the only one upset

Miss Montoya all the issues you have mentioned have all been addressed, we have fixed your A/C as promised which we spent over $800 doing so we also gave you a loaner for one week as you mentioned you needed to drive your kids to school in the mornings out of our own good will we gave you a loaner so it would be more coinvent for you, we also fixed your sway bar link free of cost as well because are mechanics noticed the issue. I am also aware of our service team booking you in for an appointment for your brakes on April 30th as we have addressed the A/C issue, the new issues that you are mentioning is new to us. Service will be following up with you in regards to the new issues you are having as we will be more then happy to resolve any issues you. Please don't hesitate to call service at 519-659-0888 in regards to helping you resolve any mechanical issues. :)

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a dealership. It seemed great when purchasing the vehicle but once the transaction was made, it was completely downhill. Vehicle was delivered without promised issues, which were on purchase agreement, being addressed. After weeks of calling Camilo and Kareem and having promises made, which they did not follow through with, which was very unprofessional, then not returning phone calls, having to continually call just to be passed around, which was a complete joke. My vehicle ended up back at the dealership to finally have what was promised taken care of. Nothing I asked for was extra, it was exactly what was on purchase agreement when buying the vehicle. To pick up and carefully drive home as it was clunking, to find it to be unfit for the road for a 2 hr drive home as the tech forgot to bolt the transmission down, and again one of the repairs still not made and end up at a local shop. I cannot believe the utter disregard for attention to detail, and lack of customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. The worst!! In response: I highly recommend you review what you wrote before making such claims! Yes, those issues were eventually resolved, it was not going above and beyond to fix them as you state because they were in the purchase agreement and should have been done prior to delivering the vehicle in the first place, not having the vehicle back two more times and then us still having a local shop fix some of it. So it was not out of your own good will, it was part of the purchase, nothing more was asked. You state “You did not answer any of our calls or messages when we originally tried to reach out to you to help rectify any of the original issues” as the photos show, there are 25 calls made and only 2 incoming, seems like what your saying is in fact a lie doesn’t it? so In asking me to “Please tell the truth…..and you will not tolerate any lies that are claimed against us.” Again I think your pointing your finger at the wrong person! A review is just that, a person’s experience with a particular place, mine was truthful and you know that, it doesn’t mean all transactions go this way, but was how mine went! Your response in trying to smear my name simply makes you look worse.

This is my 3rd purchase from Empire Auto Group, bought two bmws and a Mercedes and always got APPROVED even though my credit wasn’t the greatest.
