I'm new to Canada and do not have any credit history. I got my first car here 2 months ago. This place is awesome and makes car buying is easy and enjoyable. Mr. Deepak and his staffs are easy-going straight shooters and never pressure or bother you to buy anything. They are simply here to help you find the car you need at the best prices. I do not know much about cars but Deepak was helped me a lot to find the best one. He took care of the entire process and delivered the car at the door step. Just tell him what you are looking for and he will search and find it for you. He is very particular about the cars he gets. He will only get high-quality great shape cars. My entire purchase was simple and they took care of everything just handed over the car. After-sale, services are also remarkable. THANKS to Mr.DEEPAK and his team!!

We bought a car in October and loved it, we dealt with Mark and then Dillion and they were both very helpful and friendly. We loved the car, but the first snowfall came and I slid through a stop sign. I was so upset as I had my 2 kids with me and didn't feel safe driving the car that I had bought only 30 days earlier. I called and dealt with Moe in Service, he was amazing and fixed the problem and then some for us. He was so friendly and dealt with the issue really quickly. I was very impressed with the service.

Empire is one of the best, I was looking around all of London for a good price. Empire was the only place the could get the best interest rate, and the car I’ve always wanted. I’m so so happy that I was referred to go to Empire from a friend, who also purchased a car from them. I advise anyone who is looking to finance a car, go to Empire and they will get you what you want and more at good price.

We dealt with Shawn and he was absolutely amazing. He got us financed in a day, even with not so great credit. He got us exactly what we could afford and it is a great car. We started the process on a Saturday and we had our car by Friday. They are all so friendly, happy and so helpful. If you're looking for a vehicle of any kind my suggestion honestly is to go to Empire East and talk to Shawn! They also have a garage onsite.

Best place to find a car even with bad credit. Very friendly and polite staffs. Shawn was my rep and he took his time, helped me to find a car that is affordable and perfect for my goals. We bought a 2014 used car and got some minor issues after the 30 days warranty window. Unfortunately, we could not find and report that issue in time as we went out of the country and came after a month. (Still, the odometer was less than 1000 Km after the sale) We reached them to fix it but faced some hard times to get it fix. Later, Mr. Deepak and the showroom manager helped us to get a deal. Overall, very supportive sales and service team PS: They will take care of everything if we inform the issue within the 30days/1000KM after the sale.
