Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Had my car (2016) towed in there from out of town because of a problem that i complained about in the past. Wasted a whole day of plans and an appointment. They offer me a complimentary oil change, what a joke my car is new and i have the first 4 free anyway. Also was promised rebate in gas cards if we bought our own visors....again NOTHING. They did a temporary fix and once again have to wait for a part to come in. Did i mention my car is still brand new (purchased in August). ������ NEVER would i recommend them. As well once you drive your car off the lot, your forgotten about. Have to make sure i do my research next time i buy a new car. Sooooo disappointed. All i received was " I understand your upset" lmao.

I prefer to make the drive to London to Ray Cullen's. The customer service here is terrible. Nothing like having to ask the receptionist to do her job and getting an eye roll about her having to get off her chair. I recently brought my vehicle in a month ago for recall work. Only because I didn't want to pay for the tow to London. I was a week without a vehicle because they wouldn't give me a loaner until the date of my appointement and they couldn't get me into the shop until a week later. Now a month later and my check engine light has continuously gone on and off. A knock sensor, due to poor tuning of my vehicles computer. Never got a follow up call to explain the check engine light or to even ask if I was satisfied with the service. Now I'm tempted to almost pay to have it fixed rather than take it to disbrowes for free. I highly recommend the drive to Ray Cullen's!

The matter has since been resolved and I was actually quite impressed with my most recent visit to the service shop.
