I came in looking for a new and unique truck. Being a tier 1 supplier I wanted to support gm and the frames we provide. Your sales manager tied to hold back incentives I was already aware of, kept flip flopping on the trade in price and used scare tactics to get me to buy a locate truck that wasn't exactly what I wanted. I was told the truck I placed an order for would be at least 4 and could take up to 10 weeks to arrive and the value of my trade in would diminish so I bought it under the promise that the truck would end up looking the same as what I ordered. The black side steps ended up being a different style than the all terrain x ones I wanted buy I wasok with that as long as I got the sport bar installed. 2 weeks later the bar arrived. Brought my truck in to have it installed and turns out it was damaged. The delivery took 4 days in told, so why did I have to wait 2 weeks? Then one told a parts manager would be in contact with me to explain when the new one would be arriving. Still haven't heard for them. Then the sales person e-mails to tell me the replacement that arrived was for the canyon not my sierra. So 6 weeks later I still have no bar and no time line for arrival. On top of that, your sales manager still went ahead and ordered the truck I built which arrived 2 weeks later. So I could have had the exact truck I wanted but its now sitting on the lot for someone else to buy and have the same setup as me. How unique?! No one other than the sales person has contacted me and I feel like I have been left in the dark. Also when I picked my truck up it wasn't detailed properly. There was mud and dirt all over the truck, a chip bag under the seat and crumbs left in the centre console. I was told by the body shop manager the truck would be re-detailed when I brought it in to have the bar installed and the glass tinted which was only suppose to take a week but clearly that never happened.

Everyone knew what we wanted, and did their best to accommodate us. Will be back whenever the need arises. We like the way that any info we require, shows up on our laptop.

Will never return to disbrowe!!!! First time we went there we called to make an appt to have a recall issue fixed on the car. My husband got there and they didn't have the parts!!! They knew what we were coming in for and didn't have the parts. Frustrating!!!! This past week, I called on Tuesday to make an appt for Saturday for a lube oil and filter and to check the lift gate because it hasn't worked right since the recall work was done. Again, we got there for our appt and they treated us like a walk in and said they could only do the lube oil and filter. The woman there wouldn't listen to a thing I said and was extremely rude!!! She kept saying that she only had one technician working....like that is my issue!!! When you specifically call to make an appt it is frustrating when the company doesn't follow through on your expectations!!!!

I took my SUV to be detailed here and after two different occasions of having it done as the first time they couldn't get to all of it. There was still stains that I later got out myself and seeds and crumbs still sitting right on the seat where they were supposed to vacuum. The plastic parts of the truck, cup holders and vents were still full of black dirt, but apparently a $250 detail doesn't cover some of those things I was told?? Lol that's ridiculous and I will never bring my car back to them. All they offered me was $100 off my next clean. No thanx I clearly see how you "clean" cars. Horrible just horrible. When you pay that kind of money your car should be cleaned the way you would sell it. It was the second most expensive package. Do not recommend at all

Do not take your car to disbrowes in St Thomas. We had took in my 2014 Chevy Cruze to have my winter tires changed and an inspection done, about half way through the day I had got a call from them saying there was a nail in my tire and it would have to be fixed, I said ok go ahead fix it they also had told me that my calipers needed to be to be serviced, I specifically told them to leave them that I would fix it upon pick up. They had told me when I had arrived to pick my car up that I had a bill of 403.17. They had misheard me I guess and thought I wanted it all fixed which is understandable then in a meeting the other week, they had told me that they were sorry that they misunderstood me but because they had to pay a tech four hours for the job they could not refund me the $150 some odd dollars. THAN they gave us a ten dollar off coupon for our next visit like what the fucks that gonna do? Called and said they would give us an $150 gift card towards our next visit, like no I will not be coming back. Highly disappointed in the service we received.

I can't say enough good things about the service team here! I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else and one day hope to buy brand new from them! Great group of people and welcoming atmosphere �
