While it was an excellent experience and the salesman did a lovely job, I would recommend that the dealership leadership needs to find a way for the individuals once they have decided to purchase to spend less time in the dealership.

Purchase of a Vehicle

I was told before purchasing the vehicle by the salesman he would dig up the second key fob but then he just said he couldn't find it. I was also promised 4 free oil changes. Paying for a brake service package to get your oil change does not constitute a free oil change. When I started coming to Disbrowe for service I always found I was treated fairly so I bought my Gmc Jimmy from them. I actually paid a little more money at Disbrowes for it than the same vehicle I could have purchased from Listowel but I appreciated their service. Now I find it's just all about the money. I understand they need to make money but not without some satisfaction on my part. Now I am just disappointed. When others complained about you in the past I always defended Disbrowes especially about your service department. Now I don't and now I take my service elsewhere.
