I bought a new 2017 GMC Acadia. The sales team found us the one we wanted in the colour we wanted. When we picked it up there was an imperfection in the paint so they had us into the body shop to have it remedied within two weeks. Everything is now perfect and the Acadia works great.

My experiences at disbrowes have been good. I've bought a Cruze, sierra, Camaro and a Silverado. I've only dealt with a couple sales reps but I must say they were both awesome to deal with. I've bought from the FORD dealer and ELGIN Dodge Chrysler dealer and I'll never go back to either of them.

From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I felt like a valued customer. My sales representative, Angela, was kind, knowledgeable and was eager to help me find a vehicle suitable for my travel needs and budget as well as secure the best possible trade-in value for my existing vehicle. Not a single question that I had was left unanswered. Angela even came into the dealership on her day off when I picked up the vehicle and has since reached out to me to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase. Not only was this the best experience that I have had at an automotive dealership but it was unquestionably the best customer service experience that I have had in a very, very long time. I am very grateful to Angela and all the folks at Disbrowe GM in St. Thomas.

This location doesn't care too much about customer care. They can't keep appointment times and it takes 2 hours for them to try to solve problem. Why not first. Made 8 am appointment 2 hours later they finally take my car in. Lots of excuses not too much solutions. Stay away go to a place that cares for you

Salesman was great. Showed us many models and let us test drive each one. Found the one we wanted and it was delivered in short time. Explained all the features and we drove home.
