Joe and David were amazing to deal with. No pressure sales and very friendly and knowledgeable!! Team went above and beyond to make sure I and the family were nothing but completely satisfied with our purchase, a 2017 jeep wrangler. And when I say above and beyond I mean it! Even went out of their way to deliver since I was quite a ways out without a ride! 5 stars, will definitely be back.

Honestly the best customer service ever. My sales rep was awesome his name is Dino Helped me a lot to buy my new Jeep Wrangler and guided me step by step through whole process. Also the finance manager David is awesome guy as well he tried his best to reduce my interest rate with multiple banks One of the best and worth it coming from all the way toronto to embrun. Thanks a lot team LAPLANTE

This was our first time shopping for a new vehicle at Laplante and we are very happy that we went with them. It was a great experience from beginning to end and in particular, Joe and David were both amazing. Easy to speak to and always willing to help in any way they could. Joe is a great person to deal with and his genuine honest opinions were very helpful to us. We know he will be there to help if we need it. We're sure we will enjoy our new vehicle very much.

Just spoke with parts and it was out of his way to email a quote. Let him know I could get the email from another dealer and he said "Sure!". Just lost an $850+ sale. Advice... If you hate your job then quit. It will be liberating for you and even more so for the customers you deal with.

Brought a diesel truck in for a check engine light in on 2 May. Being from out of town, I made an appointment to minimize my time in Embrun. I waited over 2.5 hours for an update at which point I decided to walk back to the dealership to try elsewhere. Just as I pulled into the lot, I get a call telling me they've identified the problem with a particulate matter sensor which was covered under warranty They had the part on hand but broke other parts trying to fix it. I elected to have it repaired elsewhere as their location is inconvenient and their service manager evasive and argumentive. As it turns out, other dealers will not fix problems caused by another dealer so my dad tried to make another appointment about a week later only to be told he'd get a call back. A month after the initial appointment, they still don't have the parts.
