I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee overland from this dealership less than 2 years ago. Not once have I ever had a pleasant experience with both the service department or the sales since. I had been convinced to add certain protections that at the time I deemed feasible. When it came time to utilizing these protections, (e.g) paint protection I’ve now asked on 4 separate occasions for them to look into some paint issues and not once has this been taken care of. Each time I’ve received an oil change, the price has increased from $60, to $80 to $90 and now to $120. It’s also astonishing to me a dealership can also perform unnecessary labour, for example taking my tires off and conveniently listing off approximately over $2500 of work that needed to done on this almost brand new Jeep. One of which was a “seized e-break” that in the end was not even deemed to be seized it was just speculated that it was going to be an issue. This dealership has consistently continued to not only belittle me as a customer but also attempt to recommend unnecessary labor and solutions to problems that are not even proven. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves and rather than attempting to gauge customers who have paid upwards of 60,000 for a vehicle it would be helpful for there an honest and respectful relationship between business owners and customers. If I could get rid of this vehicle and all of the useless protection plans that seemingly go ignored every time they are brought to their attention I would sell it tomorrow. I will NEVER return to this dealership

Recently came in for an oil change and check up after moving back to the area. Customer Service has not changed and is as great as always. They ensured I knew,about any issues with my vehicle. Will go back.
