Avoid the shop..nothing but miserable women working the front desk. If you have any issues with service (which they dont back , and make excuses for bad work)Good luck haha. Also believe they are using apprentices to complete work without telling customers

While I was looking for my first car I went to Thomson Chrysler and dealt with Steve Hayes. The process was made very easy as he was able to show me cars that were not in town and bring them to Kingston. I am extremely happy with the work that he put in to make sure I was taken care of!

I’ve run out of competent Dodge dealers in Kingston. I tried Kingston Dodge a while back and service was pathetic. Jim Thompson isn’t much better. I have air vents that smell like mouldy hockey gear, and after 3 appointments the smell is still there. During the process they hosed me for over $200 on some type of a/c maintenance package which did nothing. They keep scratching their heads and can’t seem to figure it out, which seems to be a pattern at Dodge garages. Just another occasion where I feel my extended warranty was a waste of money. They say my warranty doesn’t cover this because they can’t figure out what part is defective/needs replacing. I guess their incompetence is my expense?

Shout out to Shaun, Steve, and Ryan. The dream team! We will definitely be working with them in the future. My husband and I worked with Steve and couldn't imagine going anywhere else to purchase our vehicle. We were looking at a few different options with him and he was very patient and accommodating with our desire to purchase quickly. Steve was very quick with any questions we had and made choosing the perfect Jeep Wrangler very easy. We will definitely be working with him, and the team in the future. I will also be contacting head office to praise this team. They worked together to get us in my dream Jeep, all within one hour!!!

Truck had many issues after leaving lot!

Passenger wiper was wrecked. Got a whole 3/4 tank of fuel. 1/2 tank of DEF. Fuel filter had 27percent life left. Interior had food waste after it was supposedly detailed. I wanted chrome window covers that were not installed. I would never ever buy another vehicle from here again!!!
