I don't usually write negative reviews but I did not have a good experience at Jim Thompson. I had an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle and when I arrived it had already been sold. I understand that is the risk but it would have been nice to let me know. I spent 2 hours discussing other possible vehicles and test driving another option. Before I left I was told the specs for that vehicle and 1 other plus my trade in appraisal would be sent by email. I waited a few days then emailed sales to request this again. It took TWO WEEKS for the sales person ( I won't name him) to email this to me. And then it was specs on only 1 of the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I mean, do you want to sell me a car or not? What a total waste of my time.

Chris was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. Ryan was also very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

Was shopping for a late model Durango to replace a Ram 1500. After reviewing numerous web sites noticed what I thought was a possible replacement vehicle. Made a phone call to Steve and everything fell into place, Attended Thompson Chrysler where Steve provided vehicle background and history information confirming that this was the vehicle I was looking for. During time spent with Steve I never felt pressured to commit to a purchase. I felt like Steve wanted me to take time and be totally happy with my choice. Steve was straight forward and I believe that when dealing with Steve a firm handshake truly has meaning. When looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend Steve . Don Hitchcock

I have been dealing with Thompson Chrysler for 5 years now after the purchase of my Jeep Cherokee back in 2018. To date there have had been no problems. Recently my son and I went to Thompson Chrysler and ended up buying a used 2021 KIA Soul for his use. Jeremy Thompson was the sales rep who took care of us and we have nothing but praise for him and the Thompson Chrysler group. The whole process from start to finish was a positive experience. Jeremy was very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. There was zero pressure and his personable demeanor was very comforting through our decision to make a purchase. I would recommend Thompson Chrysler for anyone looking for new or used cars.
