10/10 experience with Jeremy Thompson. Was a long road to find me the car that I eventually bought and Jeremy was nothing but patient and stress-free. Tony from the Finance Office was kind and accommodating as well. Overall the best experience I've had with buying a car!

I was not looking to buy a new car when I took my car in for servicing, but I knew I would have to start looking soon, as my car was 11 years old and had 366,000 km on it. Chris White showed me a used Jeep they had and suggested I take it home to show my husband as he was not able to come into Kingston. I took him for a test drive and before we were out of the driveway he said "yes let's get it." I am now thrilled to be the proud owner of another jeep (my third). Mark helped us pick out our new family vehicle. Unfortunately 1/2 of the ones we wanted to look at weren’t available on the lot but did offer to show other options. Mark made sure he tried to get us the best price for our trade in and was awesome with our 3 year olds we had with us. Offered colouring pages and toys! Tony helped us on the financing side and was just as genuine, although on the quieter side but did answer any questions we had arise! Here’s hoping this car is not a lemon like the last ones I’ve owned from other dealerships 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

One of the best interactions with a car sales person that we have ever had. Chris White was exceptionally helpful in helping use with our new ( to us) purchase! He answered any of our questions about the vehicle (2022 Nissan Rogue) and also showed us all the functions pertaining to the vehicle. I would gladly refer family and friends to visit Chris and the sales staff at Thompson Chrysler. Also thank you to Tony for getting everything sorted and ready on the day that all party’s had agreed on!
