DONT ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. They can't stand by your product and if you have an issue they for sure won't do anything to help you. I bought a 2013 highlander last September, within 5 months our hatch started rusting. 8 months later here we are with no solution being told it's our problem and we have to pay to fix it. I don't know about you, but I'm sure many people would not agree that a vehicle should start rusting within 5 months let alone 5 years. I understand stuff happens but if there's a mistake in the production or something, it should be corrected or fixed. I've gone through person after person there, all admitting that this shouldn't be happening and it's obviously a big problem, yet not solution. Many emails and phone calls ignored. If you want good customer service and a quality vehicle, this is not the place to go!

Paint job on our 2011 Venza is awful. We were not informed about Toyota's lack of warranty on Alberta roads. If the paint can't handle Alberta winters then the upgraded bib should be included as standard. Love the vehicle, do not like Toyota.

I booked a full $300 detail of my Lexus last week and specifically requested a loaner vehicle as I can't be without a car for an entire day. I was told no problem, it's on the file. I got to Heninger this morning at 8. Was told I needed to take my car back across Macleod Trail to the detail shop. So I did. Get there and was told that I had to go BACK across Macleod to the service department. So I did. Then I stood in line for 1/2 hour to see Aaron the service advisor. Was told there was NO loaner vehicle booked. He was very indifferent to my situation and clearly didn't care that I couldn't be without a vehicle. He provided no solution other than to rebook. I will not be taking my Lexus or our 4 Runner to this dealership for service, EVER. The writing is on the wall. Thank you for killing 2 hours of my morning.

I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla from this location. the sales person that was helping me, his name is Leo Mei. Leo had given me the impression that the car had GPS. I know its not a big thing for allot of people, for me it is. I feel that I have given up on allot of features to have the GPS in my car. I even excepted the fact that there were hidden fees that were not explained to us by Leo. Those things were told to us by the financing gentleman. When I went to go see Leo to see how he can help me, he dug his heels and stated that he would never say something like that. He would not even see what he can do to help me out, he pretty much said too bad. I was almost in tears when I left. This guys makes himself to be honest and friendly, but he is slimy, conniving, sneaky, dishonest. I would never recommend this place, or the sales person. I felt so cheated when I left the place. The other staff were nice though, when I went in there. Please stay away from this sales person. I would hate to see someone else ripped off.
