Go see Drew! Purchased a 2015 4runner Trail Edition. Drew was patient, honest, and gave me a superb deal. Would highly recommend. He knew the product, was no fuss and was far from pushy. The sales manager Mark Beach was also amazing to deal with. Thanks all!

We bought a Camry in 2002 and when we returned for some questions in 2008 when our daughter was looking for a vehicle, the saleswoman we dealt with was no longer with the dealership. Peter Chen took care of all our questions and even though our daughter did not make any purchase in the end, we were very impressed with Peter's proferssionalism and his attention to details. We have kept his business card and when we decided to buy a small crossover, we went straight to him at the end of July 2015. Although he is now the Director of Finance, he put together a very good deal for us for a RAV4 in no time. He also introduced us to David Deng, a very good product advisor. I called Heninger regarding one of their used vehicles 2015 Forster XT Touring. Listed at $34990. I spoke to a sales associate Steve and asked him to see what they could do for a cash sale. He called me back stating they can bring it down by $1500, I mentioned to him that brand new off the Subaru website they are going at $33495 plus taxes. He then proceeds to ask me what I would pay I mentioned to him $30000. He then says "thanks for your time" and hangs up the phone. Congrats not only have you lost a potential customer... But also lost a cash deal.... Poor sales tactic from a possible poor dealership

It really disheartens me to see a couple of really bad reviews about Heninger on this page when I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I had the privilege of working here previously as a product advisor and I can tell you that all the people I worked with deserve nothing but 5/5 ratings. Every sales person squashes all the stereotypes of your typical pushy, overbearing car salesperson; they really work hard to be honest and transparent to their clients. Each sales meeting focused on the fundamentals of being open and friendly to all customers who walk in the door; a practice that seems to be lost in the car sales industry nowadays. Be confident when purchasing a car from anyone at Heninger, they are absolutely genuine folks!

I liked the sales staff Jay and Freeman took really good care of me and the service staff isn't too bad so far no issues from them.
