The customer service at this dealership is amazing. The team goes a long way to work with you and try to get you into your new vehicle. I have shopped with Heninger for more then 10 years and always leave a happy customer. I will soon return to do a trade in for a new 2017 Tacoma limited Keep up the good work guys !!!

Five star service today started with me walking in without an appointment. The gentleman at parts desk who referred me to service team all were kind and prompt. Mark and Jason provided excellent service and quick. Thank you!

With all the lousy service in the World these days (especially in the auto industry) I definitely needed to write a review about Heninger Toyota's Parts and Service departments! Ashley Robinson in parts was amazing in recommending some new tires and rims for my Tundra. Rather than just quote me the cheapest options or try to upsell me she asked what style I wanted and gave me some options that would actually last. Rather than wheels and tires that would save me now but have to be replaced a lot sooner. Even after a mix up from her supplier she handled it so well and gave me some great options to consider and explained the pros and cons of each. Luke also took the time to explain what needed to be done for regular maintenance and why, as well as was honest with me about things that could wait until the next service. There was definitely no pressure from either of them. It was an incredible experience and I would highly recommend Heninger because of Ashley and Luke!

Heninger Toyota Service Centre provided me with professional customer service. Jason Frigon was the advisor that greeted me with a smile. Although they had a busy day with appointments today, Jason took me in as a walk-in customer and made time for me so that I could get my car serviced. Shane Tadeo and his team of mechanics were very efficient and knowledgeable of their work. My service didn't take longer than 30 minutes. I was also very fortunate to observe the whole process through a window in their cafe, reassuring me of the proper work that they do. Jason then afterwards went through what was done to my car and provided advice about my tires. I recommend getting your Toyota vehicles serviced at Heninger Toyota Service Centre. 10/10 would go again.
