Can’t say enough good things bout Toyota. Bought brand new car few month ago Agi went above and beyond for me to make sure I got everything I needed within my means. I have and would recommend her again and again to purchase a car :)

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR TOYOTA HERE: I brought my Prius C in for a service at this location. Being new to Calgary, I was hoping to find a dealership that would be a good partner for me. Adrien Smith, the service tech promptly sold me everything possible — including services that I found out later, are not recommended by Toyota's Maintenance Schedule). I specifically told Adrien "do not upsell me on things I do not need that are not recommended by Toyota" after a $1000+ service bill for routine checks and fluid changes, he presented me with three page report validating the spend. Less than a month later my check engine light has come on, the first time ever since owning this vehicle. When I called Adrien to explain to him that he had broken my trust by upselling me things I did not want or need and now my vehicle appears to be worse then before we had ever met. Adrien's fall back was to say that I had the option to refuse the services and I did not take it - still failing to see that I had given him the benefit of the doubt and trusted him to act in my best interests. Trust he has betrayed and lost. Adrien has also offered to sell me a diagnostic to investigate the check engine light. -- Parting thoughts: Any dealership can order ready to ship cars for you. A true test of anyone who sells you a car is how well they treat you when you come back in and how long they can nurture a mutually beneficial relationship. In this case, Heninger and Adrien have failed spectacularly, they took advantage of me at first opportunity and won't even own up to it and do right by me in an attempt to retain me as a satisfied customer. It is almost as if Adrien was incentivized to upsell me.

I have dealt with a few dealerships in Calgary over the years but none like Heninger Toyota.I have worked for professional company's for the last 30 years and never experinced people like here. From the moment buying my first purchase to my second purchase I have never felt as good as I do dealing with all the staff that I came into contact with.From the girls at the front counter to the people in service.I would like to thank Elaine for caring so much for me and representing Heninger as a front line person.The staff and also Danning were outstanding.I will stay as a customer as long as I need a vehicle and will recommend Heninger as the Diamond of dealerships in Calgary.Thank you .

Been there 2 weeks ago and all i can say is that the people working there are awesome! Most especially to byron and sean! U guys are the best! Anytime we call them to ask something they are always pick their phone even if they are busy...looking forward meeting u again soon...and 100% guaranteed to recommend you guys with friends! ��

Great service department � Got a flat tire on Sunday and went to a couple different tire shops to see if it could be fixed, they all told me that's not an option and that I will need to purchase 4 new tires (even though mine were close to new). I decided to wait until Monday to go directly to Toyota as I have a platinum ECP. Service advisor Derek Clements inspected my vehicle and told me that I don't need to buy 4 new tires, they are changing just the one that was damaged and it is all covered by my ECP! They could have taken advantage of the situation, but they were genuine and helpful!

Been a client of Heninger for 14yrs since the first day I drove my first corrola. Ive had the best product advisor since and the best maintenance service ever had from day one.

My go to place for Service on my vehicles. Ask Steve Kozicki for anything you need done to your vehicle. He is super knowledgeable, very personable, and can diagnose and fix any issue you might have. Heninger also has the nicest and newest service center in town.
