We are very grateful for HENINGER TOYOTA, their employees and the service they have provided us. The receptionist, product advisor and manager was awesome! Kudos to Jari and Chris Woo!! They gave us the best deal and treated us professionally and with full respect. No pressure at all compared to southpoint toyota worst delearship ever, over pricing and dishonest employees. We are very happy that we bought our car at HENINGER TOYOTA. Nothing beats this location!

I’ve been a customer of Heninger Toyota for over 10 years. On my last visit, the customer service was incredible! Adrian Smith professionally answered all my questions and ensured my car was ready on time. Their shuttle service was outstanding as well!

Two out of two horrible experiences with Heninger Toyota Service Dept. Never again. The first time, three months after I bought my vehicle they tried to tell me I needed $700 in fluid top ups. Service person that time was Adrian, who I see in another review seems to try to upsell as a way of doing business. Today I dealt with Ashley who was not one bit helpful, and was actually quite hostile and rude. They expected me to go in there tomorrow and spend another $600 (which of course they recommended for services required), yet Ashley let me know that my request for help with a shuttle could not be accommodated because the shuttle drivers are apparently on break between 10am and 3pm. I asked if there was any way they could accommodate my request to drop off my vehicle early as I am in meetings all day tomorrow when my $600 service was scheduled for, and she basically told me, nope....can't help you. The only bright spot was Amanda and another young man (didn't catch his name) in the parts dept who helped me find my tires (that Ashley had said would be ready after 3pm but didn't bother to order apparently) when I went to pick them up and take my business elsewhere. Never again Heninger Toyota.

Great buying experience, but a terrible ownership experience. No solutions for a block heater recall on a brand new 2017 RAV4. After dropping $30,000 for a new car, neither Toyota Canada nor Henninger Toyota care that this recall is going to render my vehicle inoperable in -40 degree Yukon winters. Very disappointed with their lack of follow-up, and I regret purchasing this vehicle through Henninger.
