Shopped around for awhile to buy a used vehicle and hands down heninger offered me the best deals! Great customer service. The sales department crew are honest and fun. Overall very satisfied and would recommend 100%!

Adrian Smith took care of me when I wanted to book in an oil change for an off Toyota brand car, which he priced out much cheaper then anyone in the city. Customer service was phenomenal, and Adrian is always in a positive mood when speaking to him. Upon bringing my car into the service centre for the oil change I was asked if I was interested in a complimentary car wash as part of the oil change appointment at no extra cost. Of course I agreed. Would recommend the service department to anyone.

During my 11 hour journey back from Manitoba yesterday my 2007 Tundra had some extremely concerning electrical symptoms. I called them at 7am and they squeezed me in to determine if I was driving a dangerous vehicle... The diagnostic result was corroded terminal posts on my battery which they’ve quickly resolved. Though I generally come to Calgary very rarely I’ve had consistently great service at Heninger which is why I drive here out of my way from Okotoks to continue to give them my business. Thank you, Heninger Toyota Team! You guys rock!

Walked in saying I wanted a new 4Runner and to trade in my current car to receptionist. Walked around. Went the the bathroom. Drank my coffee. Still nobody showed up. Not even a hello from any f the associates let alone eye contact. I didn’t even see any other customers. Top shelf customer service on a brutally cold day btwn Christmas and New Years. Heading to south point Toyota now for some proper service.

When I originally purchased my Toyota from here, the sales person I dealt with was phenomenal. He went out of his way to get me exactly what I was looking for, and I was thrilled with the outcome. For the last few months I’ve received more phone calls, text messages and letters in the mail than I can count. I have expressed that I am NOT interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I had to ask three times and two separate people to have my buyout information sent to me. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle they are all over you, but will take their sweet time to provide any other information. Despite telling many of these people that I am NOT interested in anything other than buying out my lease, I continue to get phone calls and text messages offering me “great deals on lease upgrades!” Enough, already. Customer service should be all around, not just pressuring people to purchase new vehicles. Once my lease is finalized, I will not bring any more business to this dealership.
