Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service, lack of accountability and the "team" is down right disrespectful. Avoid this dealership. - A person who never makes reviews like this (buyers beware!)

What a great experience! Thanks to Agi who worked so hard making the transition from my 2016 RAV 4 to 2018 Rav 4 so seamless. Everyone was helpful, patient, and very pleasant. Thanks Lee for making the paperwork painless (it took less than a half an hour to get it done) and Danny who walked me through all the bells and whistles on this upgraded Rav 4. And can't forget Mark in service who took care of my 2016 Rav 4 - came in for oil and tire change, left with a new lease. Now that's service!!

Service sucks Oil Leaking after oil change. I have to pay for someone to do it. Waste time wasting money!

Heninger could not find a brake problem in 2 hours they had my car yet Fountain Tire found the issue in 15 minutes. Pathetic!

I would like to thank Son, Leo and Chris for the awesome service in assisting me with the purchase of my new 4runner. The difference between this toyota dealer and others in the city is the full disclosure and that they have nothing to hide which is refreshing. I appreciate the fair deal that the sales team have provided me both in my trade in and purchase, thanks Leo for providing me updates when the 4runner was getting transported from Japan. If anyone is looking for a toyota and any car in general I would highly suggest heninger.

I visited so many dealerships including country hills Toyota, high river ,etc. Before visiting Heninger Toyota. I saw Son Diep over there , he is such a helpful person who not even spent so much time to explain the features of the vehicle but also gave us awesome price. I will definitely go there to buy another vehicle.

Is there any rating option of 0??they wasted our 3 hours to finalize the deal ,then asked me for more money that was just $110 after the agreement was reached for the final price of vehicle ,the business manager said I am paying cash not going for finance that’s why I need to pay $110 extra .That was such a bullshit. I cancelled the deal n got my deposit back . Never going to toyota Heninger in my life.You guys value $110 more than a customer.But i value committment made more than $110.
