If I could give this review more than 5 starts I would. This was my first experience ever with Heninger Toyota and I'm blown away with the amazing service and staff members. First and foremost, I would like give a huge shoutout to my Product Advisor Son Diep and Purchase Manager Chris Woo for helping me purchase my Rav4. The experience was super easy and quick! The whole process exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend friends and family to come. You can tell that Heninger truly cares about the customers and accommodates to their needs. I am thrilled with my new 2018 Rav4 and I honestly couldn't be happier. Thank you for making my first car purchase experience so wonderful!

I would give Toyota heninger I very excellent review it has awesome customer service and is a very relaxed and comfortable place thanks for having me in for the job interview yesterday it was very well organized and I felt completely comfortable doing so I really got my fingers crossed to be working for you in the future it would be a great fit for me to work in such a amazing place that has an awesome atmosphere of people

The power of the customer is very powerfull.....along with the power of social media. Sucks to suck sometimes but when you try to blame the customer for failure to maintain there vehicle even tho they have records proving you wrong well u get what's coming to you. You guys just didn't want to honor the warranty that's all make more money that way.

I brought my van in to get winter tires removed and summer tires on. In addition, I had some maintenance work done. The service was excellent. Mark, who took care of my service file was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly and efficient. This was the best experience I have had yet at Heninger. I left feeling like they truly appreciated my business.
