Exceptional Customer Service

Attention: Leo Mei and owners. I want to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service Artem Stadnichenko & Ken Huang had provide me in my purchase of a new 2018 RAV4 XLE. They were extremely attentive to details of the vehicle and matched my competitors' prices with products and services. Their warm smiles, professionalism , great communication skills, down-to-earth attitude was most outstanding. Thank you both for being so efficient and having such a positive attitude. I highly recommend your dealership to my colleagues and friends.

Terrible communication skils

Poor communication, no business skills.. they just want to sell the car at their price.and acting like they are giving us favor. they don't know how to deal with customer.... so much disappointment so terrible services. not recommended.

Outstanding End-to-End Customer Service experience

Outstanding End-to-End Customer Service experience starting with the explanation of portfolio products, going through the best options for Leasing and/or Financing until the delivery of the new vehicle. This is our 5th Toyota Corolla in 25 years, all of them bought in five different dealerships and the first time bought to Heninger Toyota, the whole experience exceeded our expectations and any previous experiences acquiring a new car. My experience at Heninger Toyota was excellent. Most of the employees are very friendly and accommodating. i heard Heninger Toyota from a friend and also saw it on gacebook so I thought to my self why not give it a try and beside ive heard lots of good comments and reviews about them.. I’m glad i did even if its over 30 minutes drive from Airdrie. There are two nearest Toyota dealer from Airdrie and i must say Heninger is the best especially when you’re dealing and talking with Anne Reyes she is one of the top notch advisors in Heninger Toyota... She explained to us the details about financing nd leasing and help us find the best price for Sienna that suits to our budget without hiding anything. We would like also to mention and to thanks Daniel Beck Winnie Kho and Mark Beach for their excellent job. Overall we are very satisfied with their services and I will definitely recommend Anne Reyes to all my friends and families in Airdrie... Thank you guys. Alvin &Joanne Bagtas Airdrie, Alberta

I just picked up my new car from Henninger Toyota and had the easiest purchase experience of my life. I was dealing with Drew Nypower who made my purchase a clear and easy going experience. I sat down with Lee Serban to discuss the details and go through my paperwork and he was an incredible person to deal with! He was friendly and cheerful and I would give them both 10/5 stars if I could. Thank you both to Lee and Drew for the incredible service, and my new car!
