This company in unethical and also deletes bad reviews!

Gave our vehicle to someone else. We placed a deposit to order 2021 Sienna AWD XSE Hybrid with Jay Jiang. After 4 months, Jay notified us vehicle has arrived and is ready for pick up. Asked us to add accessories that we did not want to the final price. Very insistent we had to add all their suggested optional accessories. We refused. Next day the General Sales Manager Peter Chen called and said our vehicle belong to someone else on the wait list and he had no documents showing we ordered the vehicle even though we have copies of email with the sales agent and deposit receipt. Peter Chen and Jay Jiang provided no reasonable explanation and very condescending to me and my wife. Contacted the General Manager Mitch Massey and owner and don't expect any better. If you have a deposit on a vehicle, check that your paper work is in order. We put a $1000 deposit to be in the queue for a 2021 Sienna AWD XSE Hybrid on June 30, 2021 from Jay Jiang. The estimated time for delivery was 3 - 4 months back then. Timeline: June 30, 2021 - deposit charged for wait list. October 14, 2021 - Jay informed us our vehicle is arriving and will be ready for pickup. October 18, 2021 - Jay isaid we needed to add more accessories to secure our vehicle. We agreed to add some of the accessories and remove the unwanted ones. He confirmed the vehicle will be ready by Friday or Saturday for pickup. October 19, 2021 - Requested final total from Jay to get bank draft for payment. October 20, 2021 - Peter Chen called this morning to say the vehicle is not ours and they can charge more for the vehicle now and plenty of people in the queue waiting. Reply to dealer response: I will leave it to reader to decide what happened. I really enjoy how the dealer is trying to say I am threatening and twist the story now. If anything we were treated in a condescending and patronizing manner by the dealer (which they did). I invite them to post all my email correspondence with them showing where I am threatening as I kept copies for my records. Maybe they feel threaten from a honest review from a customer. Correction, we sold our vehicle after Jay informed us the vehicle is ready for pickup and not the sale agent was doing us a favour. But, we are out of a vehicle now. Moreover, they have removed my review from their site.

Brand new car

January 18, 2021

Purchased a brand new car. But instead I got a "new" unit with a dent on the passenger side door and a broken interior accessory part on day 1. It took me 4 months to repair and fix my brand new car. For 4 months I did not enjoy driving my "defective" brand new car because of the long time I have to wait the repairs and experience a lot of misinformation and confusions with Service department. Not to mention the Sales department as well, after you purchase your car and got the unit they will not give you anymore priorities. A lot of alibis and even false hope just to say that they understand what you are going through. . Complete disappointment, frustration and waste of time is what I got from this dealership. Not recommended at all.

Service

Hello We recently repaired a serpintine belt and water pump replacement on Rav 4 2006. Adrian the original service rep was excellent to work with us and said to us a 3 day job. However when we brought it back and worked with Joel he said 2-3 days which turned out to be 5 days. Joel we found gave us a loaner which was great however all we keep hearing was they needed more time. I guess our biggest complaint is not knowing why the length of time by 2 extra days and not understanding why... Customers expect that.... Thanks

Fantastic experience with Heninger Toyota!

I can't say enough good things about how great Brendan Friedrich-Fraser, Elaine Zhu, and Mike Muir were to deal with on the purchase of our used Toyota Highlander Hybrid! Brendan's awesome service and initiative was the catalyst that drove us to choose Heninger Toyota for our purchase, and we felt that he and Mike were very upfront with their pricing structure. They gave us a great deal on winter tires too and they even came with a free year of storage! It was a streamlined process from start to finish, and Brendan ensured the vehicle was in pristine condition when we came to pick up - even though the vehicle had some scuffs and bumps and minor leather wear, it truly did look almost brand new when we came to pick up! Elaine worked her magic behind the scenes to ensure we got the needed financing and she was honest and open in helping us choose the best warranty options for our situation. The icing on top is the lifetime oil changes included with the vehicle. Great job Brendan, Elaine, Mike, and the behind the scenes person who handled our detailing - you guys all rock!

Excellent customer experience!!

Mike was incredibly helpful in assisting us through the process of getting our first vehicle. He answered all of our questions, offered great advice and we are so thrilled with our Rav 4! We also really appreciated Ken's assistance in thoroughly reviewing the paperwork and walking us through all of our options - you were both so great to work with.
