Got me in quickly to fix problem. Gave me a rental car so I could get back and fourth to work. Service manager and all the employees were excellent to deal with.

Went in for a 4th time for a repetitive clunk when shifting from park to drive. (2013 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT). Still under power train warranty. Never charged before because they confirmed the issue. This time, mechanic unable to hear clunk even though they told me to return if it kept happening. Because they couldn't find, they charged me. What do ya know, leaving the dealership, it clunked. I assume they billed me to help with the cost of their new dealership. I also assume that they will write something after this post to minimize this. However, nice people who work there don't get me wrong. Just look for ways to get extra money outbid your wallet. I'll go to SouthWesy Chrysler now as they couldn't even believe what happened. But now, even if there is an issue and under warranty, I'm worried that they again would say they can't diagnose the clunk and charge me again. Again though, nice people, just poor ability to diagnose. Be wary taking a warranty issue to this dealership. Ask lots of questions about billing.

did not receive appropriate customer care and proper vehicle maintanence for my truck as well. the maintanece supervisor was unable to find the reason even after 3 visits for the same complaint to the truck.

Rony We understand your frustration, from time to time we do come across technical issues that are very difficult to diagnose and reproduce. In these cases we have to follow a test procedure to eliminate the components as per they are tested. Unfortunately we were not able to complete this process and we appreciate that it takes time to go through this and that it can be very frustrating for you.

Service has always been excellent, but not happy to have had to have a brake job on a car that is less than two months old. Needless it was covered but that is not the point.

Bought a truck here a few years ago with an extended warranty package and they gave me 10 free oil changes. They are now going back on what they said to me and are not giving me the last 4 oil changes. Spoke with the sales manager and he said "it is what it is" and wouldn't help me. He also came across very belittling. I have had a few service issues here and refuse to go back. They are not interested in taking care of the customer after the sale. I would not recommend going here for sales or service.

We live an hour away. You are the only fiat dealership so, unfortunately, you are our only option. The issues are as follows: 1. Paid for alignment, drove away and discovered alignment not completed. All manner of dishonesty was used to deter us from this fact when we immediately turned around and brought car back, including missing spec sheet, when requested. Believe it or not, we are somewhat knowledgeable. 2. Disprespectful and deceitful manner of speaking used with wife...completely different story when I called back. 3. No mention of wheel bearing issue until four days later when we continued to confront staff about alignment situation. 4. 60 dollar charge to, " thaw out", washer fluid when car was staying, anyways, due to alignment issue, in your parking lot.

Hi William I understand that there was an issue regarding the steering angle sensor not re-setting when the alignment was performed we apologise for this resulting in a return visit. I’m sure the poor weather and road conditions did not help with the situation. Upon your return the previous alignment sheet was provided to you. When we road tested the vehicle with you to confirm your concerns we mentioned a possible wheel bearing noise. The service advisor discussed this and was told that you have had this component replaced at another facility and that you have warranty on it. We would be more than happy to discuss this with you directly to clarify.
