My husband and i have already stopped coming to Oxford Dodge to have any work on Jeeps after mutilpe issues. The last time we attended my husband was told that he needed $4000 of work done. It has been over 2 years since then and this work has still not been needed according to our new mechanic. I attended on January 12th as there was a recall on my vehicle so had not choice but to bring my car in. I live out of town and drove in freezing rain to attend. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes, I was called to the service desk and told that they did not have the necessary part. There was no apology, i was simply told that i would need to reschedule. I took of time from work for this appointment and came from out of town, now only to have to return again....another poor experience with your company.

Hi Lora we apologize for the shortage on the recall parts. The part has now arrived and we will be contacting you to re-schedule. I would be happy to review the estimate with you.

I was having a problem with my remote start as it would not start my car. This issue was intermittent as it would start sometimes and not other times. I had the car into the dealership three times and left it overnight. It did ;not start the next morning so the technician could proceed. Hopefully it has been resolved.

tire pressure check, oil change. It was done quickly --faster than anticipated--and we were kept informed along the way.

I went in to get an oil change which I believed was to be free as it was part of a package provided when I bought my jeep from Oxford. I was told I would receive 20 free oil changes. This was not the case. When I was presented my bill I was told it was not 20 free oil changes but instead all unused oil changes had expired after 3 years. I found this odd given that each time I received an oil change the sticker date was further and further away some being one year and others 9 months. I parked my vehicle and when I moved it 2 days later there was a huge puddle of oil on my garage floor. I immediately took it to the closest dealership as I was suppose to be going on the highway. They took it in and inspected it. They topped up all fluids and advised there were loose caps. They also advised I had to replace a part covered under drive train warranty...something I was not told about by Oxford. There was no leak prior to taking it in to Oxford and no leak after the 2nd dealership tightened everything. Coincidentally after I left Oxford my GPS system stopped working too...the same GPS I have complained about for 2 years to Oxford and they refused to replace even though it was covered under warranty. I have lost all confidence in the service provided at Oxford. Luckily I was not on the highway in the snowstorm when both of these issues happened. The experience was unsatisfactory to say the least.

Hi Tricia We will do our best to help clarify your concerns. Your vehicle was provided a 3 year no charge maintenance program when you purchased the vehicle. There should be a contract inside your purchase agreement that will provide specific details. I would have to speak with the specific dealer that performed the repair for you but it appears that there was a housing replaced to correct the oil leak. we are happy that you ere able to get this taken care of before your trip. I cannot see any history on the GPS but I do see a radio concern with the Sirius Radio. we would be happy to take a look at this for you. I cannot say that we can get it covered by the warranty as it has been inspected however you do have a Gold Plan on your vehicle.

Stephanie did a great job getting everything done for me, it sucks to have a huge bill but i would rather have peace of mind knowing that my car is fixed and safe to drive. All the shuttle drivers did a great job also. Thank you

Brought my car in for the second time to fix the same issue, and to replace a part I was told was there. I dropped my car the night before but I had to call at 12 to check on the status. Also, the part was not in so I have to go back a third time.

Service is excellent but I am absolutely not thrilled with having to have a brake job on a 6 week old dodge Caravan, with 2500k. I would not ever buy a Chrysler vehicle again. After having a town and country for 5 years and the number of brake jobs it had. Chrysler has to make some important changes

please keep me posted on the condition of the brakes, I feel this is isolated issue as FCA has corrected the previous issues. I hope you are enjoying your new van

I want to make an complain for the service centre, January 16 at 11 am I had my appointment for anual service. The service took 3 hours and I had a baby I was waiting for 3 hours and the coolant didn’t have a refill. and now I do not know what other important liquids in the car were left unchecked and I am distrustful.and now I do not know what other important liquids in the car were left unchecked and it generates mistrust. The car is also revolutionized very fast when it accelerates I need answers and required another revision service without cost.
