Any staff member that I came in contact with was helpful and friendly and while waiting in your waiting room found your staff all seemed happy and enjoying there job. I work for big corporate company with lots of unhappy staff. So too see your employees happy at there job was nice to see

Pierre was very welcoming from the time we showed up to the dealership to look at vehicles and help us find the vehicle we where looking for and kept us in the loop till the time we left the lot with are new truck

I signed a purchase agrerment at the time I purchased the vehicle. I waited almost a week for the vehcle to arrive. the day prior to picking up my vehicle, I was informed by the sales associate that I owed $1000 more because someone gave me the wrong price.

Staff are always ready to answer questions, and you deal with one person all thru your visit. Everything is clean including the van which gives you a drive home if you chose. Waiting room has comfortable chairs, television and snacks.

went in for oil change & tire rotation, and they were prompt and efficient. They told me to go back after 300 kms to retorque the wheels, and they were done in less than 5 minutes. I always get good service at Seaway GM.
