I received great service. The only issue was the delay in receiving my vehicle back from maintenance. I had an appointment I didn't disclose prior to the repairs, but was told the maintenance would only take an hour. It went longer, but the service shuttle took us to our appointment and picked us up to go and retrieve our vehicle from the dealership.

Great place to bring your vehicle. Staff are happy to see you. Work by mechanics can't be beat. You get fair value for your money and you don't feel like you are being talked into work that is not required.

I wanted the same Terrain as I had in a 2016. I was given options and I chose one. The service by Janice was excepional, fast, courteous and she gave me the time I needed to purchase the vehicle. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from her in the future.
