They made buying a car so easy! I never even had to go to the shop, I work a lot of strange hours and Mike McParlan accommodated me better than I could have imagined! Not only were all the staff I talked to super helpful but they were all so friendly aswell! It makes things much easier on my end. Mike also had taken the time to ask numerous times that I was happy this my purchase, and everything that came with my package (warranty and such) I just couldn't express to him how happy I actually am with it! Since buying 'Silvie' (my new to me silver dodge caravan) I have recommended seaway to numerous people, and I will continue to do so!

The service personnel are always gracious with their remarks. Work was completed at the time allotted and questions are always answered immediately. This might not seem important to you but it is very important to me. I always feel like they have my interests at heart and they explain everything so I can understand the situation .

Car was in accident

When we picked the car of our choice from your lot we were not made aware that this car was in an accident in the past. Our hearts were set on this particular vehicle but I found it to be poor customer service.. On the other hand I find customer service for the garage has great service.

Our documents show that at the time of purchase you were made aware of the repainted rear bumper and that our sales consultant offered to change your selection.
