People at this shop pretend to be your friends, but after a purchase it’s like they don’t know you and you are a sucker for paying too much for a vehicle, I would recommend buying anywhere but here.

This review was a long time coming, but I finally remembered to do so hehe. Leif and his team went above and beyond for me. It started last winter with my first car in my own name. I wanted an SUV but I needed a credit builder first so I settled into a car. About 6 months later, Leif and his team was able to get me into my SUV and made all my goals come true! (It wasn't easy, but they did everything they could and made it happen.) Fast forward a month or so later, I hit a bear and totaled my brand new SUV. With all odds against me, after a couple months of trying to figure out insurance and all the hoops, Leif once again found me an even better SUV (that seated 7 people and was my ultimate goal for an SUV.) This car is my baby and I can not thank Leif and his team enough for making it happen for me! I've never had an issue with them as long as I've had my vehicles. Top notch service :) I will definitely be a returning customer to them!!!

excellent dealership, incredible,sales people. Go here, ask for Leif, you will be glad you did. He gave us an amazing price on our 2016 Longhorn Ram trade. He found us an incredible vehicle,exactly what we were looking for. Honest , good people. i recommend anyone looking for a new, used vehicle to save some time and just shop here for a very good buying experience!!!

If we could give more stars we would. My wife and I are wintering in Creston BC and are from Winnipeg Manitoba. We had decided to trade our 2016 Longhorn Ram in for a smaller vehicle. This was a hard decision as we loved our truck. I briefly looked around Manitoba and was soon turned off by the "Dealer experience". While in Creston we were looking online and messaging some vehicle dealerships and soon the same frustrations came up. Almost ready to give up, my wife started a conversation with a incredible individual named Leif Peek. We explained our situation and we advised to leave it with him and he will get back to us. We right away thought the same thing, ok, bottom dollar for our truck and a overpriced vehicle for us to consider. Man were we wrong. He contacted us within 15 min to clarify what we were wanting to do. He had it exactly right! We knew then that something good was going to take place. Within 1 day he had found us a beautiful vehicle, gave us an absolutely amazing price for or truck. One day later we were off to Vernon(roughly a 5 hour ride). Needless to say we were tired when we arrived and were nervous about seeing our new vehicle after driving 5 hours. Our vehicle was parked in front, all shined up and looking beautiful. Leif met us outside and took us to his office to do the paperwork. He even arranged for the insurance person to meet us there. The whole trnsfer of ownership thing took maybe 1/2 hour. We were back in our hotel within an hour just shaking our heads in amazement as to how everything went. An amazing dealership, amazing personal, all around an honest place to deal with. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Go here ask for Leif and you'll be glad you did. Thanks to everyone at Vernon Dodge, and Thank-you again Leif!!!!!

I was told I needed my brakes replaced asap as I only had 2% left and it was going to start damaging my rotors. It was going to cost $650.00. I said I would do it myself as I know it only takes 30min tops and the brakes cost no more then $150.00. Went to replace them and I see I have 80% left on all pads. 🤦🏻♂️ I was warned about the vernon location but I gave em a chance... Guess I'm driving back to Kelowna again for service...

Hi Dayton, thank you for taking the time to provide a review of Vernon Dodge Jeep. We certainly can understand your concern and we would like to make this situation right. Could we have you back for a quick look at the pads to determine where our mistake was made? Our technician who has been with us for many years is extremely proficient when it comes to calling for pads and rotors and for your safety, we want to check both the outer and inner pad as they can wear very differently. It is not impossible to have lots of wear still available on an outer pad while the inner is worn right down. As well, it appears that it was just your front brakes that were in question and your rear set was still in good condition. Please give us a call at (250) 545-2261 so we can take another look; we would like to offer you a complimentary oil change for your inconvenience.

If you wanna deal with a coke head go talk to Pete Byers! He will make sure your money is gone. Absolutely unreliable, unprofessional, and lies through his teeth. I wouldn’t trust him with anything.
