Vernon Dodge is one of the best dealers out there i have gotten 2 vehicles through them and both experiences were awesome Pete Byers sold me both vehicles and I am in love with my new gladiator we travel from Fort St. John to Vernon for the great service and the treatment that everyone is friends and family is awesome will go back in the future highly recommend this dealership!!!

Very Disappointed with sales and finance. First Chris and he's manager. I felt so much pressure to buy this truck, they told me that the bank could change their mind and not approve my application the next day. ( I believed them because I was new to Canada , not knowing much and trust them. NEVER DO THAT FIRST BUYERS) then they sent me to the finances. DANA GEROW which is the finance manager told me about this extended warranty. he told me that my truck would be covered for 4 years BUMPER TO BUMPER. so I got the extended warranty. I even ask him specifically about brakes. He told me again. its bumper to bumper. brakes are included. I had my brother and my daughter with me at the time. Today I went to do OIL CHANGE and check the brakes because they told me was recommended to do so. I got a 1,500.00 bill. NO one told or ask about anything when I dropped off the truck or before they did the work. thank God the SERVICE MANAGER was over there and understood my frustration with the LIARS that sold me the extended warranty and gave me a 500,00 discount. Appreciate that. So my point is do not TRUST Chris, he's MANAGER and DANA GEROW. Especially if you are first buyer and new to this amazing country. you guys from dodge Vernon should do BETTER and be TRANSPARENT with your costumers.

Hello Johnny - first, thank you sincerely for taking the time to provide a review of Vernon Dodge Jeep located in Vernon, BC. We're sorry about your experience and wanted to take a moment to address it. We do not have a Chris in our employ, so it is difficult to secure any feedback in respect to that element of your review but in respect to the Extended Warranty you purchased, like all Warranties in Canada including the basic Factory Warranty that comes with the truck everything is in fact covered on your vehicle. What is not covered on any warranty are maintenance items and this would have been very clearly explained to you both at the time of delivery as well as at your first oil change visit in the Fall of 2022 where you also paid for maintenance. We did speak to the Service Advisor who did confirm that all of the maintenance that was done was in fact discussed with you and approved, as it always will be at Vernon Dodge Jeep, but it is understandable that if you believed that everything including maintenance was no charge that you would be disappointed. We are thankful that the Service Manager took the time to hear your concern and provided a substantial discount for your Service.
