Was dealing with Leif Peek and we didn't agree on a price for a vehicle so I thanked him for his time and that was that. He in turn "Thanked me for wasting his time" because i didn't purchase a vehicle from him. Wow!

I highly recommend Leif Peek and also the whole Vernon Dodge team. I came to Leif with a set budget and certain specifications I needed for a new work truck. Leif went above and beyond to put together a beautiful package for me that not only exceeded my expectations but came in under my budget. Great experience.

I am very pleased with having stumbled upon my dream car at this dealership, and especially having Landon respond to my inquiry. He’s attentive, detailed, calm, welcoming and not pushy. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience from start to finish. High recommend !!

Worst dealer in vernon hands down. I've had a number of service complaints, but I'll keep this on topic. Took my truck in for fuel filters change. Reluctantly agreed to change diff/transfer case fluids on their recommendation. They said my front brakes need replacing, and quoted me $1200. I said no, I'll do it myself. I bought Bosch brake pads front and rear for $100. This morning I got all ready and took my front wheels and calipers off, and was suprised to see over 6mm of pads left. Not even close to needing replacing. I still have 50k to go on these. Glad I saved $1200, but mad they tried to rip me off again and wasted my time. I only come here because it's convenient, but I'm going to kelowna from now on. Liars. Oh yeah, they also bribe people to leave positive reviews so don't trust the Google reviews.

Hello Kevin, although we can appreciate you have some strong and defined opinions of us, we feel they are grossly misrepresented. Based on the pictures you have supplied, the pads you are showing would have to be brand new - not the ones you are claiming were on the truck when we suggested it needed brakes. Our technicians have been doing brakes for decades and they simply don't guess; they use an actual measuring tool. We admit that there could be a millimeter or two of discrepancy but not 6 or 7 as you've suggested. For the record, 6 millimeters is about 1/4" and your pads had less than that when we inspected them. The pads in your picture have over 1/2" of wear remaining. We agree someone is lying here (it's not us.)

Update: This dealership did not tell me the Jeep I bought had 2 years and 60k left on the warranty from the previous owner which they could have transferred me for free. INSTEAD they decided to sell me a 4 year, 80k warranty (same package) for $7,000. LUCKILY a mouse had chewed some wires and my check engine light came on so I took it into the Salmon Arm location. When Kam heard I had taken it into Salmon Arm, he called me to try to convince me to bring it into Vernon instead (which was very inconvenient for me so I refused). The Salmon Arm dealership told me about the previous owners warranty and proceeded to transfer it to me for free. They also told me the 4 year warranty I was sold at Vernon should have only cost about $3,000 and was shocked I was charged more than double that. Needless to say I demanded and got a full refund for the warranty they sold me. Their excuse is they didn't know, which is frankly worse than if they had just admitted what they did. This dealership is either extremely negligent or are the shadiest, scummiest sales people I have ever dealt with. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!! Kam the car guy took me on the most exciting test drive I certainly won't forget. He was very pleasant, very professional and compromising. He found me the car that was perfect for my needs and budget. I highly recommend asking for him if you stop in to look at a car.
