The service manager broke the law and non disclosure agreement with his company and released my person information to a member of the community. Consumer protection is going to deal with them.

Very poor service ...waited 5h and i had an appointment.... and yeah ..bring your own lube so it dosen't hurt that much when you get the bill. 45 minutes 330$ for labour 🤷...what's going on ???

Hi Pascal, our apologies on the wait - the idea of precise scheduling is very difficult for most shops these days, that's why we generally ask customers to leave the vehicle with us rather than thinking that our technicians can just stop and start other customers jobs at set times. We offer a full shuttle service and depending upon the repair and down time can sometimes even supply a loaner vehicle or rental. In your case, the actual labor for the installation you had us do is 1.5 hours and that is exactly what you charged. The balance is some supplies that were required to do the install and then PST and GST. It is exactly what you were quoted before the job commenced.

It’s always an awesome experience here! Leif Peek helped me get my new used wrangler, and I am absolutely in love. He was very respectful while figuring stuff out with my mom as well! If you’re planning on getting a new vehicle, go to this dealership. The atmosphere is always so positive, and everyone there are amazing.

This review is for Matt Siegler from the Service Department. I brought my Wrangler in for service and everybody that I dealt with was genuinely nice, but Matt went a step beyond! He was very friendly and informed me about my vehicles' issues and had them fixed within a few hours. My hat's off to the team at Vernon Dodge Jeep!

Caravan was a total lemon. We purchased new and something was always needing to be fixed/ replaced. Transmission needed replacing under 100k but just a few months past 5 years so wasnt under warranty.... will always feel angry about that. Will never go to dodge vernon ever again.

Although we're terribly sorry about your experience with your vehicle, we would like to point out that we don't produce the vehicles themselves at Vernon Dodge. We always do our best to claim eligible repairs under warranty but have limited say in what repairs end up being covered, like in all dealer/manufacturer relationships.
