This place has a very solid service team! I'd like to thank Matt Siegler for going above and beyond for me and my family. We broke down in a new truck traveling with my brothers stuff in a uhaul trailer 40 min away from Vernon heading to Edmonton frome Vancouver Island and had to have both towed to the dealership the next morning we went in and dealt with Matt although they were booked solid he went out of his way to help us and managed to get it in and boom half hour later called and said come get your truck. It was a loose wire for all 8 ignition coils at bottom of fuse box. With this whole experience I would definitely recommend them for Sales or service.

Such a good experience. Leif listened to my wishlist and worked very hard to find something that checked my boxes and was in my budget. He walked me through the process often times late into the evening. Highly recommend

Had mechanical issues while driving to Vernon. My husband called ahead for me to see if they could possibly accommodate me today. They had my truck in the shop almost immediately, found the issue and had me back on the road within a few hours. Kudos to Daniel, and everyone in the service department. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Beyond his speedy communication, Peter is condescending without provocation. I’ll be taking my “low budget” elsewhere. Someone should remind him not to judge and categorise people he doesn’t know. Maybe he wasn’t used to having a knowledgeable, polite customer. 🤷♂️
