Had an appointment with Kelowna Dodge, quickly switched to Vernon after calling them. Alot easier to communicate and schedule an appointment plus got in a week sooner. Great service and communication.

Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. He even offered my father excellent customer service as well who was just tagging along but had a question about some tires. Very impressed and will be returning again. This is how you get regular customers.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Got these guys to do a out of province inspection for my dad's truck. They wanted $1400 to fix the emergency brake. The truck was inspected by two other dealerships before leaving Alberta and everything was fine. We decided to get a second opinion at the GM dealer in Vernon the same day. The truck passed with Zero issues and the park brake worked just fine. Go buy a vehicle at Bannister GMC instead! They were great to deal with.

Sorry you feel that way Roman, we spoke to the technician involved in your inspection and there's no question that the shoes and actuators needed replacing in order to be safe and this part of the quote was right around $900. We won't hazard to guess why another inspector chose to turn a blind eye to this issue, hope everything goes well for you and your vehicle.

I was in for service regarding my LEDs. They were turning off when I was driving. I talked with Matt Siegler and he went over and above to help find the problem. He helped install new ones. They were still doing the same thing. Matt was kind enough to provide a cell number. He provided online info on how to fix them. I will only work with Matt. Thanks Matt for your help. I will refer my friends to come see you.

I used there fast lane service bay , Matt Siegler was the service advisor at the time . Every thing went well , he took the time to listen to what I was expecting to be done…He delivered plus some !!

The thing about vehicles is they don’t stop costing money to maintain the service team at Dodge make the experience of unexpected charges and wait times as easy as possible. First Don the shuttle driver made sure my kids were picked up on time and home safe out to Lavington. Then Kyle at the service desk went above and beyond to help ensure my extended warranty covered the parts and labour required, speaking to multiple employees to ensure they honoured my policy. When my vehicle needed to stay in for two nights waiting for keys the guys made sure I had a vehicle to drive while I waited. Thank you
