Today I've visited absolutely all dealers in Vernon looking for a used car within my budget. From all the salesmen I came across, Leif Peek was, by far, the coolest and kindest. He genuinely took interest in what I needed and helped me a lot. So, thank you very much Leif. Totally recommended.

Our most recent service appointment was probably the BEST experience we have ever had here. Cindy took excellent care of us during the booking process while balancing our busy schedules. She is always super friendly and proficient on the phone. Kyle did a thorough job when I checked in and when I picked my vehicle up. He made sure to explain everything to me in detail and addressed my questions appropriately. Don the shuttle driver was friendly, courteous, and on time with pick up and delivery. All of our issues and servicing inquiries were taken care of and handled in a professional and timely manner.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSITS UNLESS YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING THAT IT IS REFUNDABLE...! Was asked by salesman, Myron Crown, for a $5000 deposit to have first choice to see the one Dodge Ram Truck coming in for the new year. This was not a deposit down on the new vehicle as it had never been seen since it wasn't on the lot yet. No paperwork had been filled out or signed. Also discussed was the prices of add-ons, but again, nothing was planned, signed or put in writing. In the meantime, we decided it wasn't convenient to purchase a new vehicle at this time so we called the salesman, Myron Crown, to request the $5000 refunded. We were told NO...! Then, I went in person and spoke with the office manager , Mike Grant, to request the $5000 back and again, a flat NO...was offered. We feel this is not only unfair and unethical, it is also ILLEGAL of them to keep the $5000. Then, they replied in another review I made that they "were considering" reimbursing us the deposit" but we still have not heard from them or received the deposit. We feel as though we have been robbed of $5000...! Please beware of these scammers and do not give them any money down for a vehicle that you have not approved and signed for. We recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Kelowna for our daughter, and the salesmen were very fair and professional, and put it in writing that we put down a "refundable" deposit and we were promptly reimbursed when the paperwork was signed for the purchase. BEWARE OF VERNON DODGE JEEP. They play the Old Car Dealers Game. They have not switched over to the fair playing game of 22nd century.

Called in to get a oil change and they booked me in the same day, that unfortunately didn't work for me so they booked me in the next morning, fit my schedule like a glove. Definitely the best jeep dealer in the Okanogan
