I wanted to wait before I could write this review to see how well the service would be after I traded my 2 door wrangler in for a 4 door and I have to say that Vernon dodge has been Excellent everytime I come in specifically Pete who goes above and beyond to look after our jeep and us Thx alot buddy,

Update: October 23 2023. Service Department - Thank you for the excellent service and advice today! Update: September 6 2023. I wish to thank Landon, Dana, Daniel and all of the members of the Vernon Dodge team that made our recent purchase a pleasure during some challenging personal times. Specifically, I would like to thank Landon Mackay for his knowledge and understanding of our needs over the past few weeks along with his assistance in completing the sale of our new truck. We have been Dodge owners for 20 years and have had the good fortune to meet and get to know many members of a variety of Dodge dealers. The people we met though Landon’s assistance were exceptionally willing to take that extra effort in helping us through the new vehicle purchase process. In today’s world finding companies with staff members that are willing to make that extra effort to assist and understand a client’s needs is exceptional. Vernon Dodge is just that, a company with a dedicated and informed staff, I thank you all. Previous post: Thank you Matt for the great service. We will for sure see you when we return to Vernon. Thanks to Josh and the staff in the parts department! While on vacation, our vehicle broke down. Repair facilities were extremely busy and my vehicle wouldn’t be seen for at least a week. I located the problem and was able to repair it the same day, thanks to their knowledge and eagerness to help a traveller in need.

WOW is where I'll start! Peter and Mike you guys are Awesome 👌 👏 without getting into the details they took a terrible situation and made it an amazing one! I bugged these guys for 3 days straight ! They made the impossible, POSSIBLE! I wouldn't recommend any other dealership in The Okanagan! Need a Truck and don't want the run around from "the other guys" go see Peter. 100%

This Is the worst dealership in all of western Canada I've ever visited! I highly recommend to avoid Vernon Dodge Jeep at all cost! (its even in their company title "Dodge" so run!) The worst part of the experience was with the manager as he was extremely predatory, and creepy to us. (also left sweat marks in our car) When we notified the manager we wished to leave he was very demeaning, Creepy, and just straight up predatory! I'm highly disgusted by that man, and felt very uncomfortable by him. Even thinking of his face right now gives me the creeps!! :( Also I do have the accurate dealership (have the GPS tag recorded on my phone, and car.) Was at Vernon Dodge Jeep on Thursday June 23rd 2022, and arrived exactly at 2:11pm. So for even the owner to not have a record of this is highly concerning, and very messed up for a "professional company" but hey predatory people protect their predators. (I'm going to have to forward this information to the media if this persist, and the company continues to play dumb.) As its not right for everyday people to have to experience a creep.
