Now I wouldn’t have taken the time really write out this review if the service….WASNT SO POOR….my god, what happened to the old Palladino service department? I remember when Tyler C was running the ship and it actually felt like you were taken care of and customer service always CAME FIRST…..over 1 week my pathfinder was in the shop for a mass airflow sensor replacement…besides the consistent follow-ups from myself as no one from Palladino would reach out and at least update me, I was left without a vehicle for over a week with barely any communication….i was told the part may arrive on Friday May 5 on Thursday may 4 and they would call to update….Monday afternoon rolls around and I still had not heard back . I reach out to find out from Jennifer Reinguette that the part arrived Friday…or Monday (she seemed very confused). she then informs me that they now had me booked in for the repair on May 15 (another week away) when I was told the previous week my car would be brought in right away for the repair… Jenn then asked “ if my pathfinder was at the lot” which was a surprise as they had the car the whole time and didn’t serum to remember that part. I was then told after leaving 1 unreturned voicemail and calling back 1 hour later that the tech was having problems but the car would be ready tomorrow…when I asked about a time she had said “well I guess ill have to go ask the tech” .... that should have been the first thing to do especially a customer service When I called Tuesday morning at 11:15am to ask about when my car would be ready for pickup today I was met with “well I haven’t asked the tech …ill call you back”. the shuttle driver then showed up at my place of work without a call to inform of an ETA but the shuttle driver was told "the customer was called and is informed your coming" After all is said & done and the work was finally complete , i thought maybe for my patience and how long this process took that there would be some good grace from Mazda and assistance to help lower the bill in any regard, heck even something more then "thanks for your patience". I've used Palladino Mazda for years , I used to always have great service but this is the worst experience I've had, they did not go above and beyond. I've recommend family and friends to go elsewhere and after hearing the stories they will be using other dealerships/garages. Including ones who had previous appointments And to think I almost bought a Mazda from your store….yikes Vince Palladino & Lee Mulligan...you need to look at your team and fix this horrendous issue as your business will suffer further from such incompetence thank you making sure i will never use anything from a Palladino Auto Group location ever again

Very little knowledge and awful customer support. The new person they have at the front counter/service doesn’t listen fully to what you’re saying. I bought my 2019 Mazda 2 years ago, and throughout those two years the best service i had was when my salesman Matt worked there, once he left the customer service and knowledge left the dealership with him. Every since I’ve gotten only technicians who have taken my car for a joy ride and used half a tank of gas which I had to call mazda Canada about to have them own up to what happened and fix it. Saying there’s no way someone would do that. Expecting me to believe gas just goes missing when I leave my car at the dealer. to saying my new issue that I made an appointment for this year is from something I’ve had on the car for the two years I’ve had the car. The most recent issue was I booked my car in for a Monday at 8 am when I worked night shift until 1 am and expressed that to them. They never called to update me therefore I had to call myself to get told it wasn’t even in the shop yet and that was hours after I dropped it off. To get told it’ll be in after they go for lunch. To get updated 20 minutes before I was scheduled to pick it up to be told they need to keep it overnight as they couldn’t get to it. Never going to the dealership again, I’ve had countless interactions and never had a positive one except for one of the staff who works in the service department who was the only positive interaction from my last appointment. My car leaks coolant from time to time and they can never find the issue and just tell me it’s normal and it’s supposed to loose fluid . Never bringing it to Palladino mazda ever again. It is a waste of time if you know what’s going on with your vehicle and just need a shop to fix it as you don’t have access to a hoist. The service department never gets information from the tech apparently and when you call for an update all you get from the new woman at the counter is I’m not sure or I don’t know. Need employees who care about their job in order to give customer satisfaction.

I must say my daughter inlaw bought a car and had alot of issues with it and the sales team and finance manager were amazing after she barely drove the car because it spent over a month in the shop , the team was willing to help her get out of it and in to something else so the team there is vary good 👍 👍for them 100 percent customer satisfaction

Purchased Mazda-3 in November from Josh and Jeff. Josh and Jeff both are very good at what they do. Fair pricing, honest feedback and great service. They followed up with me to check if everything is okay with car which is great. I had a Tiguan before and I can see the difference in efforts and after sales service. Highly appreciated. I live in Toronto and came to Sudbury to get my car because everywhere else car prices were absurd, especially in Toronto and GTA. After purchase, I never had to call them back with my questions because Josh takes the time out himself to check if all is okay. He also helps me with finding a dealer near me who can help. Undoubtedly a five star experience especially because of after sales follow up and how easy I can approach them with any question in spite of sitting in Toronto. I’m definitely visiting Sudbury Mazda again when I buy my next car. Cheers to Josh and Jeff.
