I recently had an outstanding experience at Mazda and wanted to share it. I was looking to upgrade my daughter’s vehicle and, based on a family referral, I visited the dealership. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and authenticity of the entire staff. Alex Gardner, our sales rep, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He introduced us to Rob Shea and Tristan Tulini, and together they made us feel truly welcomed, like part of the Mazda family. The level of service and support we received was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with every detail. Having worked in leadership myself and valuing great workplace culture, I can honestly say this team exceeded every expectation. We went in looking for one vehicle and ended up happily driving away with two, a CX-50 and a CX-70. I had never owned a Mazda before, but after this experience, I’m a loyal customer. Huge thanks to the entire team for such a memorable and positive experience!

During the job she informed me that another part needed to be changed and gave me a price. I appreciated being informed and having the option to move forward or not. When it was time to pick up my car, Jen went over the invoice with me to make sure I understood everything. When I left, everything was clear. Excellent customer service! I'd like to start by saying I have never bought anything other than Ford/Lincoln SUV's, I test drove at Audi, Mercedes and Cadillac before someone suggested Mazda to me. I felt the difference the moment I walked into the Mazda dealership. My Sales rep Alex Gardner and my Finance Manager Tristan Tulini were amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond for me every step of the way. It does not stop with them- from the receptionist, service staff, other sales reps and even the man outside plowing snow. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and offered me a very personalized experience. I own an RV Dealership and I can only hope that my customers feel the way I did while at the Mazda dealership. I have picked up my CX 90 Signature now and the vehicle itself far exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team at Palladino Mazda!
