I purchased a vehicle for the first time from Palladino Mazda November 27th 2024, the sales representative Jacob was very happy to help me through I process I found confusing at first. Straight to the point very professional & kind. Same can be said about Marc the financial representative very professional and kind as well. I appreciate the time they spent with me that day, thank you Jacob and Marc! I love my new wheels. 😀

Not impressed, told me I should have bought a new car instead of a used one, and all cause of squeaky breaks, which should have been an easy fix will never buy from them again.

Usually I would give them a 5 for service but I didn't receive my paperwork for the work done.
